Agency agreement for individuals

All terms are disclosed before you transfer funds. We explain how the payment will be made, what the service costs and which documents will be required. The terms of our engagement are set out in the agreement.

What is an agency agreement?

An agency agreement is a contract under which you instruct Doverka Fintech to assist you in making a payment abroad on agreed terms

It sets out the cost of the service and the procedure we will follow

  • Before you sign, one of our specialists explains the terms and what will be required of you

  • You can then proceed with the payment

How the agreement relates to your payment

  • You hold documents that specify what you are required to pay for:

For example, a bill, a contract or an invoice issued by the beneficiary

  • The agency agreement
    serves a different purpose

It sets out the terms of your engagement with Doverka Fintech

Supportafter signing

Once the agreement is signed, your dedicated relationship manager remains in contact with you and continues to manage your instruction until the payment has been completed

If new documents become available or the payment terms change, you will not need to explain your situation afresh. Forward the new information to your relationship manager, who will advise you on how to proceed.
